Ingredients: stemmed glass half filled with ice; 3 parts prosecco; 2 parts sparkling water; 1 part Aperol; orange slice (optional).
Technique: add ice; add prosecco; add water and Aperol; stir clockwise 5 times; garnish with orange; serve; enjoy.
