La Mesa Oktoberfest brings Bavarian festivities to La Mesa Blvd for its 53rd anniversary weekend: Friday, Oct 2 (4–10pm), Saturday, Oct 3 (10am–10pm), and Sunday, Oct 4 (12–8pm).
The street festival is free and all ages. Biergarten entry is about $8 at the door (under 21 free), with Hofbräuhaus VIP packages available. Think German bier, food, games, dancing, dachshund races, and kids’ activities.
